familyeducation.com 9.0 Good site, thoughtful, practical, but light-hearted.  Good coverage of medical topics.  More for school-age and educational issues, some baby topics.
parentsplace.com 8.9 Lots of content and information available, most in Q and A format.  Appears thorough and thoughtful.  Search can turn up "too much".  Interesting features/calculators.
parenthoodweb.com 8.4 Nice features.  Search turns up short articles and Q and A.  One of our test topics was not covered in the site.
family.com 8.1 The parenting section of Disney's family site.  Good site with content, resources, including an encyclopedia.  Busy opening page with a number of ads.
tnpc.com 7.3 A site with short articles covering some parenting topics.  Common sense things good.  A family travel review section.  No search engine.  Our medical test topics were not covered.
parenting.org 6.9 Good behavioral information, primarily for older children.  Does not attempt to cover all.  It's Christian religious bent does not interfere with treatment of universal parenting issues.
iparenting 6.8 A few articles in categories.  Not clear how to find specific topics. Good William  Sears section. Links to partner sites, childrentoday, toddlerstoday, etc each of which has chat, discussion areas and some content.
parentsoup.com 6.5 Some good resources.  Navigation often leads out of site.  Chats,boards.  Could not easily find content for our test topics. Must register for access to some sections.  Ads. 
positiveparenting 6.1 More behavioral material.  Good tips.  Selling books, tapes, and video.
